	HRUN is the creation of Heather Obed of Angel Heart Rescue Ranch in Nebraska. HRUN is a larger scale network of the Horse Rescue United Nebraska. This is a network of equine rescues that work together to increase the chances of saving horses in emergency situations. Our goal is to network with equine rescues throughout the United States and have a system set up to help horses in severe neglect or slaughter situations.
